Our Coalition partners with Wilson County's resources to reduce substance & alcohol abuse among young people and over time, adults.

Inspired by the support from our community and driven by data, we aim to:

• - lower underage alcohol consumption
  

• - partner with community organizations to affect the social and cultural norms currently associated with underage alcohol consumption
  

• - decrease the number of youth who report marijuana use in the past 30 days
  

• - be a community resource for substance abuse prevention
  

	Youth who use alcohol before the age of 15 are not likely to develop an alcohol problem 4-5 times more likely to develop an alcohol problem 1-2 times more likely to develop a problem.
